What is 'price'? Well, without the proper information and supported documentation such as a Market Evaluation, it is just a number that can easily be manipulated by the consumer. During a Seller's Consultation, I will tour your home with you to learn about your home from quite literally, the ground up. I will take photos and gather as much information and history on the property as I can. I will collect information about the community you live in and compare all of that with other homes in the market in the area to create a Market Evaluation that will help us determine an effective and compelling list price.
